Thanks Sam for organising and getting me there last minute!

Chiva Som staff and facilities were amazing. Had a great week. Feel healthier, renewed and balanced...I have received many compliments since I got back on how relaxed and wonderful I look. I was afraid I might be bored but there was never a dull moment. It was great and the staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I met some lovely people as well so good times all around.

Only major downside I would say is that the location is a real let down. It is too heavily developed and has the beginnings of being overlooked with high rises being built next door. There was so much construction noise coming from the building across the street (after 730pm I might add!) that I had to complain. The staff were super sensitive and apologised profusely but really, outside of their control. The trip would have been PERFECT if the construction noise and clear "overdevelopment" of the town and area around Chiva Som. There were definitely moments when it was NOT relaxing with the pounding sounds coming from next door, even on Saturday and Sunday. It's a wonderful place, but considering how expensive it is, the construction / overdevelopment of the beachfront is a negative...
