



We are always sceptical of weight-loss retreats claiming how much you can lose in one week as every body type is different. However, this is one that is very effective but yet enjoyable at the same with an average of clients losing between 5 to 7lbs per week.
What we love about this is that your weight loss experience starts before you've even arrived with a pre-retreat phone call with a member of of their weight-loss team.
