Accommodation

The 155 rooms and 9 suites are all beautifully appointed and generously spacious. All the rooms and suites have a sofa corner and a private balcony and are subtly perfumed with the relaxing fragrance of orange blossom. . The rooms have a traditional interior reminiscent of the Andalusian period, consisting of ivory walls, marble bathrooms and balconies overlooking elegant gardens and the sea. The Garden View and Sea View rooms are 35sqm and have the possibility to inter-connect. The Suites start at 70sqm and offer separate living and bedroom areas

Dining

There are seven dining options (some of which are seasonal) to give you a wide choice of culinary flavours. L'Olivier, open year round for breakfast, lunch and dinner and serves a wide range of Mediterranean dishes, as well as an extensive breakfast buffet including local style Tunisian breads and seasonal pastries. Twice a week you are invited to sample their wonderful dinner buffet which offers a variety of fresh seafood dishes amongst others along with some live entertainment. 

Neroli serves light spa meals and salads during the Spring and Autumn months and Li Bai offers a taste of the Orient with Asian delicacies served in an authentic style setting (open for dinner only.) The magnificent El Dar Tunisian restaurant, open for dinner only serves local tagines and North African specialities in a setting that offers the style and ambience of a traditional Tunisian home. Once a week (July - September) you are invited to join the guest star belly dancer on the terrace for a magical evening of entertainment under the stars.

Guests can also eat lunch at the poolside from May to October and during the peak summer months their opening hours extend to offer dinner under the stars as well. Additional lunch options include the Sea Club down on the private beach and the latest addition to the resort is the Golf Club House serving lunch until 4pm (not included on a half board meal plan.)

In-room dining is available 24-hours.

Facilities

There are two swimming pools (one indoor in the spa and one outdoor heated pool), private beach, 2 flood-lit tennis courts, well-equipped fitness centre and an 18 hole golf course set between the sea and the salt lake ideal for golf enthusiasts of all levels. Various watersports are also available including sailing and jet skiing.
