Situated on the North West tip of St. Lucia on Cariblue’s crescent beach, Le Sport is a resort dedicated to well-being and rejuvenation. The philosophy is ‘give us your body for one week and we’ll give you back your mind.’ There are 154 guest rooms, junior suites and suites. Cool and colonial, the luxurious accommodations reflect their Caribbean setting in true West Indian style. Finished with genuine antiques and locally crafted reproductions, the spacious balconies are perfect for watching the glorious St. Lucian sunsets. Accommodation

All the rooms have benefited from a recent makeover and are comfortably furnished with views over the gardens or the sea. The Single Garden View rooms carry no supplement and are the entry level category, however they are a good size and feature all the modern comforts you would expect of a luxury retreat. Luxury Garden View and Ocean View Rooms are slightly bigger but for the best position, you would need to opt for a Premier or Deluxe Oceanfront room.

Dining

The food is plentiful at Le Sport with a good range of choice for all diets. Cariblue is the main restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner located down at the beach front. For elegant dining, TAO is a must (reservations essential) serving a fusion of East meets West in a stunning setting. Lighter bites are available at The Deli and for evening entertainment you can enjoy the Piano Bar or the Clubhouse. For guests travelling on their own, there is a communal table should you wish to be more sociable.

Facilities:

All of the following activities are included within the price and instruction is available. Snorkeling, Scuba Diving, (Introduction to Scuba and up to sixty-foot beach dives for certified divers) Water-skiing, windsurfing, sunfish sailing/hobie catamarans, swimming pools, kayaks. Land sports available are tennis, golf (unlimited green fees and transfers to and from Cap Estate golf course, 18-hole championship standards, just 5 minutes away), cycling, fencing, archery, volleyball, gym, personal training, jogging/walks, classes (aerobics, meditation, yoga, stretch, kick-boxing, kae bo, step, dance, t’ai chi, pilates, stress management, tropical flower arranging, cocktail mixing, nutrition lectures), table tennis, adventure programmes. There is also one relaxing spa treatment per person, per day included within the price.
